Each resident has their own self-contained ensuite room, with access to a spacious shared kitchen and communal living areas. The service promotes independence while providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

Chatham, Kent: We also offer a standalone supported accommodation unit in Chatham. This is a sole-occupancy, non-sharing placement designed for individuals who require a more intensive, bespoke, and highly personalised support package. The accommodation provides enhanced privacy, stability, and tailored support to meet complex needs and achieve individual outcomes.

Our services are designed to support young adults with a range of needs, including:

  • Mental health needs

Respite Care Services (18+)

At Bluetop Care, we offer flexible respite care services for adults aged 18 and over, providing families and carers with peace of mind when temporary support is needed.

Whether a carer requires a break, is recovering from surgery, going on holiday, attending to personal commitments, or facing an emergency situation, we can provide short-term accommodation and support in a safe and supportive environment.

Our respite services include:

  • Overnight respite from 1 day up to 31 days
  • Planned respite bookings
  • Emergency respite placements (subject to availability and assessment)
  • 24-hour support from trained staff
  • Medication support where required
  • Personalised care and support plans
  • Opportunities for social, recreational, and community engagement.
We understand that every situation is unique. Therefore, all respite placements are considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can safely and effectively meet the individual's needs. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment for the individual while allowing carers and families the time they need to rest, recover, or manage unexpected circumstances with confidence.

Regular group activities

The team at Bluetop Care Ltd comes from a wide range of backgrounds and each brings something unique to the home. This ensures that every week we run a variety of groups that engage and stimulate the residents who live at the home. Regular weekly activities include a music group, arts, and crafts, relaxation, tea and chat, a walking group, a story-telling group, dance, baking, history, and bingo

Independence

Bluetop Care Ltd enables you to live your life according to your own wishes in the comfort of your own home. It allows you to remain close to your family and friends and keep any pets you may have, whilst also maintaining any hobbies or other interests that are important to you.

The relationship between staff and clients

The special relationship between staff and residents underpins everything we do at Bluetop Care Ltd. We know that many of our clients may have experienced trauma during their lifetime and our staff recognise this and are always supportive.

Regular holidays

We know how important it is to get a break and visit some unusual locations. That's why holidays are so important to our clients.

Person-centered care

At Bluetop Care Ltd, it's not just the key worker or the Manager who draws up the support plan with our residents - the whole team feeds into it. This ensures the skill and expertise level going into support planning is at its very best and this helps gain good outcomes for people living here. Of course, we always remember though that the most important person in this process is the client themselves.

Learning Disability Assistance

Taking responsibility and caring for a friend or family member who has Autism, Mental Health or Learning Disabilities can be enormously rewarding; it can also be physically and emotionally draining as well as isolating. We are committed to enabling individuals to participate in all aspects of a 'supported living' framework with an intensive 24/7 support package.

Physical Disability Support

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.

Care for Dementia Patients

Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
